Through the enquiry forms we collect the data you provide yourself: name, email and/or phone number, the apartment you have selected and the text of your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data and ask for no more than we need to contact you.

We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and provide you with information about the properties. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form.

We keep your data for up to 2 years from our last contact with you or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first, after which it is deleted.

We never sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing. We use service providers (hosting and email) that process data on our behalf under strict security safeguards.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
